Rachel joined Harrington Construction Co., Inc. in 2003 as a project manager. Her duties include analysis of case documents, including defect allegations, cost to repair estimates, client job files, depositions, industry standards and building codes. Rachel is responsible for the preparation of expert reports, cost to repair estimates and complex survey/inventory matrices. Rachel works with contractors, insurance adjusters, co-experts and attorneys to accomplish specific projects under strict time constraints. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science from California State University, Fullerton.
